Our tenth album! We've never made a record as collaborative as this one. No song here features the same set of writers; "Eyelid" was played as a free jam with lyrics & melody written afterwards; "That's the Way She Goes" was penned by Justin; "Fool's Breath" is the only song I wrote alone for this record; "Safari" is derived from a free jam with our friends in Three Mandareens back in 2022 (you can hear the OG jam on BOOTLEG LIVE VOL. 4); "Deeper Water" is a collaboration between myself and Jackson, written shortly after we finished NATIONAL PARK; and "Out of My Mind" is James' lead vocal and guitar debut, written by the man himself last summer. This record feels like a celebration of the last nine, filled to the brim with anticipation for the next ten. Thanks for riding with us on the Free Rock Safari!
